* WHAT…Major saltwater flooding. * WHERE…Florida Keys. * WHEN…Until 5 AM EDT Thursday, especially at the times of high tide with little relief during the periods of low tide, especially in the Upper Keys. * IMPACTS…Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur.
