* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…Lower Keys… * WHEN…Until 1115 AM EST. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 921 AM EST, National Weather Service meteorologist indicated – Heavy rain will potentially train across Key West over the next hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area in a short amount of time.
